I show you the data behind the diagnosis. It’s a simple spreadsheet, nothing exotic, and you’ll see exactly what I hand the AI and why that’s enough to get a useful answer out of it.

Root cause, and the graphs leadership wants

We take a messy work problem apart with AI, separating symptoms from causes rather than accepting the first confident answer, and turn what we find into the kind of charts that land in a leadership room.

The plan, the deck, and your prompt library

The diagnosis turns into a practical recovery plan and a leadership presentation. You leave with the prompt library, so you can run the same sequence on your own work.

A free Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot account, whichever you prefer, if you want to follow along live. The free tiers are all you need, and I’ll help anyone who hasn’t set one up.

Common questions

Do I need to be technical?

Not at all. If you can read a chart and type a sentence, you can follow everything in this session. I walk through each step live and explain the reasoning as I go.

Which AI tools do we use?

Whichever you prefer, Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot. The techniques are the same across all three, so if your organisation runs on Copilot you’ll be right at home. The free tiers are absolutely fine for the masterclass; you don’t need a paid subscription to take part.

Do I have to share any of my own data?

No. We work from my scenario, so nothing of yours is shared or uploaded. When you come to run this on your own work, you’ll be working to your own organisation’s rules on AI tools, and I’ll show you how to check what you’re allowed to use.

Is there a live Q&A?

No. I keep the hour tight and on the work, so there’s no live Q&A at the end. Send me your questions afterwards, by email or WhatsApp, and I’ll answer every one.

Do I need to bring my own data?

No. I bring the scenario and the data, and we work it together. Nothing to prepare, and nothing of yours to share. If you want the same thing done on your own numbers, that’s what the clinics and one-to-one sessions are for.

Can I use this on my own situation afterwards?

That’s the whole point of the hour. I work through my scenario so you can watch every step without having to expose anything of your own, and you leave with the prompt library and the sequence written down, ready to use on your own work and your own data.
