AI at work · Be ready, not replaced
Right now, people in offices everywhere are quietly worried that AI is coming for their role. Here’s the truth: AI doesn’t replace good judgement, relationships and experience. It replaces the people who never learn to use it. This is practical AI training that puts that power firmly in your hands.
Reports, emails, meeting notes, spreadsheets: AI can now do much of the busywork your role used to own. Feeling exposed is completely understandable.
The professionals who thrive won’t compete with AI. They’ll direct it, using AI for the busywork so they lead on the things only humans can do.
Put AI to work on your reports, data and documents, and become the person your team can’t run without. Working in agile? Get certified and AI-ready in one course.
Your unfair advantage · beyond the certification
Go beyond the certification and learn to actually use the two leading AI tools in your role.

I’m Mickey Meaker. Over the last 25 years I’ve worked in senior management and as an Agile coach, and I’ve trained more than 2,000 people in Agile and SAFe®. I don’t just teach the framework; I prepare you properly and stay with you until you’re ready.
AI, Me & You is the training arm of The Hogsback Project, my Agile coaching practice, so you’re learning with an established consultancy that organisations already trust, not a brand new name.

A few words from the leaders, teams and delegates I’ve worked with.
The examples used, by both the presenter and the attendees, were terrific and very beneficial. This course helped me better understand SAFe Lean Portfolio Management terminology and how we differ or are similar within my company.
Mickey worked for me as an Agile Coach. She was outstanding at driving the agile transformation forward and a true servant leader for her teams and the agile community. Always adding value and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her.
Mickey is a great Agile coach. She helped the teams work through hard conversations to make them stronger and better-performing, and ensured they were trained, prepared and set up for success for their first PI planning.
Mickey is amazing! She has a gift for meeting teams and leaders where they are, and uses practical concepts to support their growth. An asset for any organization interested in transforming the way they work.
I have no hesitation in recommending Mickey as an Agile Coach. She looked after multiple technical teams within a strict SAFe framework, always kept them on track and motivated, and made it look very easy.
Mickey managed multiple diverse teams through complex, enterprise-wide change. The team she led won the CIO award in 2018 for delivering on time. I will most definitely work with Mickey again.
