Coaching · one to one and group sessions
You’ve seen the method in the free hour. This is where we point it at your actual teams, your actual data, and the politics you couldn’t say out loud in a group.
Priced for people paying for themselves. If your employer is paying and you want the certification as well, the SAFe® and Scrum.org courses are the better route.
You bring one real problem. We work through it live, with the group listening in and chipping in. You learn as much from everyone else’s situation as from your own.
One hour is enough to diagnose something. Three is enough to change it. We work your situation from root cause to a plan you’ve actually started, with me checking in between.
Single sessions are £110 if you’d rather start with one. Say so when you enquire.
Independent Scrum Masters and delivery leads between contracts, people whose employer won’t fund training, and small business owners who need the thinking more than the certificate. If you need a recognised qualification on your CV, take a certification course instead; this is for when you need the problem solved.
No, but it helps. It shows you how I work and whether you like it, at no cost. Most people who book coaching have been to one.
We anonymise it together, or we work from a realistic sample. I’ll show you exactly what’s safe to share and what to keep out; that’s part of what you’re learning.
Then we point the same method at your numbers instead: where the time goes, what’s actually costing you, and what to change first. Say so when you enquire and I’ll tell you honestly whether I can help.
Yes, I’ll invoice them. If they have a training budget, ask about the certification courses too; the economics are usually better for them.
Tell me after the first session and I’ll refund the rest. I’d rather that than have you sit through two more out of politeness.
Email me at mickey@aimeandyou.com and tell me what you’re stuck on. I answer all of them myself, and I’ll tell you honestly if I’m not the right person.
