What you’ll learn

Seven modules, 60% hands-on. You work on real tasks from your own role throughout the day.

AI foundations: how large language models work, where they fail, and when to trust them
Prompting that works: one simple method for clear, reliable results, and a library of key prompts to reuse
Automating tasks: spot the repetitive work in your week and hand it to AI, from reports and emails to summaries and data clean-up
Building agents: set up AI agents that follow instructions, use your files and work through a job step by step
Working with your data: bring in documents and spreadsheets, analyse them, and check the answers
Safe, responsible AI: data privacy, GDPR and the EU AI Act, including what Article 4 means for you
Your 30-60-90 day plan for putting AI to work in your role

The day at a glance

One full day, 9am–5pm, with breaks and lunch. Dates provided on request.

Morning: AI foundations and prompting, with a hands-on prompt makeover lab.
Early afternoon: automating your own tasks, then building your first agent.
Late afternoon: working with your data, safe and responsible AI, and your 30-60-90 day plan.
Last 30 minutes: the certification exam.

What you receive on certification

You earn the AI Practitioner Certified credential

Score 75% or more in the 30-question exam at the end of the day and you receive a certificate and digital badge to share on LinkedIn, your CV and your email signature. Valid for two years.

An AI, Me & You certification. The AI Practitioner Certification is designed and awarded by AI, Me & You. It is not a Scrum.org or Scaled Agile certification.

I’m Mickey Meaker, 25+ years in senior management and Agile coaching, and more than 2,000 professionals trained. I teach in plain English and prepare you so thoroughly that the exam feels like the easy part.

Common questions

Do I need to be technical?

No. You don’t need coding skills or any AI experience. Everything is taught step by step.

Which AI tool do I need?

Any mainstream AI assistant works: ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini. A business version is best, because your data is usually kept out of model training.

Do I need to bring my own data?

No. You’ll get realistic sample files to work on. If you’d like to practise on your own work, bring something that’s safe to share.

What time does it run?

9am–5pm UK time, which is 10am–6pm in Malta and most of Europe. It’s live online, so you can join from anywhere.

Is this a Scrum.org or SAFe® certification?

No. The AI Practitioner Certification is an AI, Me & You certification, built for people who want to use AI well at work. It sits well alongside any other qualification you hold.
