Affiliate programme
The simple rules of the AI, Me & You affiliate programme. Please read these before you apply.
These terms govern the affiliate (referral) programme operated by The Hogsback Project Ltd, trading as AI, Me & You (“we”, “us”, “I”, “Mickey”). By applying to or taking part in the programme, you (“the affiliate”, “you”) agree to them. Last updated August 2026.
You must be 18 or over and give accurate information when you apply. Acceptance is at our discretion, and we may decline or remove any affiliate. Taking part doesn’t make you our employee, agent or partner, you’re an independent referrer.
Once approved, you’ll receive a unique tracking link. A referral is credited to you when someone clicks your link and books a place within 90 days of that click (last-click attribution). You must use your own link and not share it in ways that break these terms.
You earn a flat £150 referral fee for every qualifying certification seat booked through your link, with no cap on how many you refer. This is a flat fee, not a percentage of the sale. It applies only to seats priced over £800. Seats at or below £800, and the free AI masterclass, carry no fee unless agreed with you in advance, in writing.
A seat qualifies once the course has run, the delegate has paid in full and attended, and the booking has not been cancelled, refunded or charged back. No fee is payable on: seats priced at or below £800; your own bookings or self-referrals; bookings that are refunded or cancelled; or seats where the delegate was already in conversation with us before your referral. Where a company books several seats, each qualifying seat earns £150.
Your fee is confirmed after the relevant cohort has run and the delegate has paid and attended, and is paid monthly in arrears once your confirmed balance reaches at least £150. Payment is by bank transfer to the details you provide. You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn; nothing here is deducted at source, and you may need to invoice us or accept a self-billing arrangement.
Promote honestly and to people you have a genuine relationship with or audience among. Where required (for example under ASA or FTC rules), disclose that you may earn a fee. You may use the logos, text and materials we provide, as supplied, for the purpose of promoting the courses. This permission is limited and we can withdraw it at any time.
You must not: bid on or run paid ads using our name, brand or domain (for example “AI, Me and You” or “aimeandyou”); send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; make claims about the courses beyond what we state (including guarantees of results); post your link on coupon, cashback or discount-code sites; use cookie-stuffing or any deceptive tracking; refer yourself; or impersonate us. Breaking these rules means any related fee is forfeited and you may be removed from the programme.
If you handle any personal data of people you refer, you must do so lawfully and in line with UK GDPR, only contacting people you’re entitled to contact, and never passing us data obtained unlawfully.
Either of us may end your participation at any time, on notice. If you leave in good standing, we’ll still pay any fee already confirmed. We may change the fee or these terms with reasonable notice; changes won’t reduce fees on referrals already tracked before the change.
The programme is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees owed to you. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
